For new clients and prospects, the following process is fairly close to what you will experience when you meet with us.**Please note, every client and meeting is different. The following list is a guideline for our meeting structure, to give you an idea.
The purpose of this meeting is for our team to get to know you, and to identify your goals for the future-whether those goals be near or far.
At this meeting, we will also need to gather your information in order to make a recommendation for you.
Generally, towards the end of the meeting, a strategy is made with a couple of suggestions.
Once we have determined if we are a good fit, and the recommendation(s) have been accepted or tweaked, we can proceed with the account opening and client creation.
This process occurs mainly behind the scenes on your end, but we may reach out to you if we need clarification, or more information.
The distance of time that goes between the prospect and follow up appointment is up to you. If you would like a meeting recap, or an annual review, please let us know. We can't wait to start working with you!
